The README's status banner still described mkscript as specification-stage with no code, but the core pipeline has shipped and is tested (74 tests pass, package builds at v0.0.1).

Changes

  • Status banner — replace "code has not landed yet" with an accurate v0.0.1 pre-alpha note listing the landed pipeline (CLI, swappable backend, config/credential resolution, parser, pre-emit syntax check, refine loop).
  • "Intended CLI" → "CLI" — it's implemented, not aspirational.
  • --context flag — documented alongside --context-file (they're mutually exclusive), which the CLI supports but the README omitted.

No behavior changes; docs only.

The status banner still described mkscript as specification-stage with no
code, but the core pipeline (CLI, backend, config, parser, validation,
refine loop) has shipped and is tested. Update the banner to v0.0.1
pre-alpha, retitle "Intended CLI" to "CLI", and document the --context
flag alongside --context-file (they are mutually exclusive).
