The status banner still described mkscript as specification-stage with no code, but the core pipeline (CLI, backend, config, parser, validation, refine loop) has shipped and is tested. Update the banner to v0.0.1 pre-alpha, retitle "Intended CLI" to "CLI", and document the --context flag alongside --context-file (they are mutually exclusive).
